A: Field Trips are for groups of 15 or more and require 48 hours advance reservations.
Q: Do the kids get to ride on the barrel train?
A: No. The barrel train is only included with Fall Festival General Admission Ticket. All field trips (except for the corn maze field trip) receive a hayride and fall field trips receive a ride on the mine cars.
Q: Do the parents have to pay?
A: We allow 1 free teacher per 20 paid kids. This means all parents, siblings (2 & older) & chaperones must pay.
Q: I am bringing my toddler on a field trip. Do I have to pay for them?
A: All children age 2 and older must pay for a field trip.
Q: Can I come for a field trip on Saturday?
A: Field trips are available by reservation only Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Q: Can we bring our own lunch?
A: Field trips are welcome to bring their own lunch. Let our staff know and we will help you get it to the right place!
Q: Are dogs allowed on the farm?
A: No, dogs are not allowed on the farm.
Q: Does everyone get a pumpkin?
A: Yes, all paying members for the pumpkin patch or combo field trip will receive one small pumpkin to take home. If you want a larger one you must pay for it.
Q: Does the bus driver have to pay?
A: No, bus drivers do not have to pay. Any bus driver not participating in a fall field trip will be given a coupon for a free drink in the concessions area to enjoy while waiting for their group.
Q: Can parents pay separately upon arrival?
A: Yes, but keep in mind that they may have to stand in line. This could delay your group's start time if they do not arrive early enough.
Q: What happens if the weather is bad?
A: We never want to be closed, but fall weather can bring rain or snow. The parking lot and yard are dirt so wet weather can create mud which can be unsafe for customers and staff. If we decide to close, we will contact you right away and attempt to reschedule. We will also post weather updates in the Twitter box on our website and on our Facebook page.
